A 20 minute hot bath with 2 cup of Epsom salt twice a week made a huge difference in my friend's mold.

When I had extreme brain fog, the things that helped me the most was

- practicing breath holds (see The Oxygen Advantage App)

- a daily infrared sauna (you can get them cheap from Relax Sauna)

- 1/4 teasoon daily Kelp powder

What books have you been reading about mold? I’ve also been diagnosed with a high internal mold count causing health issues.
